Shipping & Returns - CAD4Less

To initiate a return, customers are encouraged to follow the guidelines below:

1. Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) Number:
2. Timeframe for Returns:
  • The purchased item must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.
3. Refund Policy:
  • Full refund within 7 days, package unopened and unused. For longer return periods check our Restocking Fees section below.
4. Restocking Fees:
  • Returns between 8 -15 days: A 18% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returns between 16 - 30 days: A 25% restocking fee will apply (package unopened, unused).
5. Final Sale (Over 30 Days):
  • All sales after 30 days from the date of delivery are considered final and no returns will be accepted.

 

 

Return Instructions:

  • Customers are requested to securely pack items in the original packaging, if possible.
  • The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • The return package should be shipped to CAD4less.com, care of Genesis Computer Systems, Inc. 4055 E. La Palma Ave., Suite C Anaheim, CA 92807

 

 

Important Notes:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning items, as the company cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
